Returns, Replacement and Refund Policy

  1. Applicable products are returnable within  7 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you.
  2. In case product is received physically damaged during shipment, click a picture and attached against your order as per path mentioned below within 24 hours of receiving shipment.
    • Login in My account on clix.co.in
    • Select Order Tab from left side menu
    • Click on Return Button against your order
    • A Message box will open, you can write the reasons for Return and click on Submit Button.
    • Within a 7 days, your Return and Replacement process will start after a approval by the company.
    • Company reserve the right to accept or reject claim of Return, Replacement and Refund.
  3. We only accept returns, if the item shipped to you is defective or damaged. The item should be returned to us within 7 days from the delivery date in original packaging, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories. The product should be in unused condition. We will send you a new replacement unit as soon as we receive the return package.
  4. When you return your product, indicate the reason for your return in a short note. Put the item along with the invoice and the note with the order number into a secure package. Affix our address and keep ready for pickup after approval by company.
  5. Please note that we will provide return, replacement and refund facility only for products bought from our online store www.clix.co.in  and not for orders from physical stores or other online stores.
  6. For all product/s supplied, the Customer shall open, inspect the ordered Product and accept the delivery, after ensuring that the Product is delivered in good working condition.
  7. Once the Product is accepted, post inspection as above, the Customer will not be entitled to return the same.
  8. Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned. However, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or wrong item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or replacement, as applicable. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
  9. If the replacement request is placed and the PKL Ltd.  does not have the exact same product in stock, a refund would be issued to you.
  10. In the event customers are found to misuse the return policy by excessively returning, or cancelling or not accepting the orders placed, PKL Ltd. reserves the right to warn and/or suspend and/or block and/or terminate such customer accounts, as necessary.
  11. Repair / Warranty issues – In case of any kind of malfunctioning or defect in product, post acceptance of delivery and/or on expiry of return period, the same would be addressed by PKL Limited, as per the terms of Warranty, through its Service Centers. The Customer shall register Product related complaints on the Customer Care number 7032652549 or clix@pkl.co.in for  service of the product.
