Returns, Replacement and Refund Policy
- Applicable products are returnable within 7 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you or has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on www.clix.co.in
- In case product is received physically damaged during shipment, click a picture and email to customer service for assessment within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
- We only accept returns if the item shipped to you is defective or damaged. The item should be returned to us within 7 days from the delivery date in original packaging, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories. The product should be in unused condition. We will send you a new replacement unit as soon as we receive the return package.
- When you return your product, indicate the reason for your return in a short note. Put the item along with the invoice and the note with the order number into a secure package. Affix our address (send only to sender address as seen in the invoice / delivery challan) and send it through a reliable courier and email us the consignment details.
- Please note that we will provide refund / return facility only for products bought from our online store www.clix.co.in and not for orders from physical stores or other online stores.
- For all product/s supplied, the Customer shall open, inspect the ordered Product and accept the delivery, after ensuring that the Product is delivered in good working condition.
- Once the Product is accepted, post inspection as above, the Customer will not be entitled to return the same.
- Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned. However, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or wrong item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or replacement, as applicable. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement. We reserve the right to pick up the product to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
- If the replacement request is placed and the PKL Ltd. does not have the exact same product in stock, a refund would be issued to you.
- Products purchased by international customers are not eligible for returns. However, orders made by international customers are eligible for refunds.
- In the event customers are found to misuse the return policy by excessively returning, or cancelling or not accepting the orders placed, PKL Ltd. reserves the right to warn and/or suspend and/or block and/or terminate such customer accounts, as necessary.
- We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
- Repair / Warranty issues – In case of any kind of malfunctioning or defect in product, post acceptance of delivery and/or on expiry of return period, the same would be addressed by PKL Limited, as per the terms of Warranty, through its Service Centers. The Customer shall either register Product related complaints on the Toll Free Customer Care number.
